How the Sustainable Development Goals Influence my life!

I have been using different methods to influence the 17 UN-SD goals in my life. The things I've done differently is probably shopping more locally and taking a lot shorter showers. I've also been recycling more often and shutting off all power usage when it is night time. These goals help conserve power and make the world a better place.

In the future I see me, driving in a low priced hybrid, rarely using gas, going to local stores and saving electricity. I see solar panels on my house/apartment and modern, energy saving appliances that will lower and save electricity use. These things will help reduce the world’s carbon intake of the world and make the earth a lot healthier.

I think that by 2030, humans will all use Eco-powered appliances and cars, be recycling and composting, be reusing and saving, and most of all we humans will save earth and its environment including all animals, all the land, and even ourselves.

ELECTION ISSUES

Through classroom examination of election issues and the candidates, what did you learn. Explain using specific examples.

Through classroom examination of election issues, I learned a lot more about the 2016-2017 election.

One example of what I learned is that there is two other candidates including Gary Johnson and Jill Stein. I also learned that there a lot more problems than I’d imagined, for example, The TPP (Trans Pacific Partnership) and also minimum wage issues/public spending issues, etc.

There are just so many unclassified issues that are unspeakable by me, but there is a lot more I’d  learned including conservative and liberal beliefs, which is the difference between. government actions and private beliefs/actions. I was definitely more Liberal, which is also another thing I’d learned.

I learned so much about the election and will now understand it better than I’d used to

What you will want to know about google and questions

When using a closed question, you are getting simple answers that other people could have answered as well, For example… What is your favorite food? mr.d'Entremont responds, ¨pizza¨ but someone else's possible favorite food could also be pizza. So in this circumstance the question would be closed.

When using an open question, you are getting specific answers that are less likely to be answered the same by a totally different person. For example… Why did you choose to teach math? Mrs.Eliot states, ¨Because I got a masters degree in math,¨Mrs.Beckum could have said a completely different reason, in this way the question is open.

You would use Google search tips to help you search more efficiently. For example… if you use quotation marks, you will get a specific search on what you stated in the search bar. If used the minus sign before your search, Google will search the word itself and not add in any other words. For the last example… If you type in Define: before a confusing word that you want defined, Google will bring up their definition and other sources that will help you clarify the meaning of your word.
